When I partner with teams, I don't just look at the design practice—I look at the entire product ecosystem. That includes product strategy, team dynamics, operational workflows, and the cultural environment shaping how work gets done.

Strategy

I evaluate how clearly strategy is defined, how teams are structured, and how aligned design, product, and engineering are. Is there a shared vision? Are priorities clear? Are teams operating at their full potential?

What are the pain points?

Evaluation

Often, it's fragmentation, lack of clarity, or reactive decision-making. Teams are spread thin. Designers feel blocked. Product managers don't have strategic space. Delivery slows down.

What are the real challenges?

Diagnostics

I look deeper to identify core blockers like unclear ownership, missing systems, misaligned incentives, or processes that don't scale. Fixing the surface without diagnosing the root only delays failure.

What is working well?

Management

Every team has strengths—rituals that work, motivated people, proven processes. I find those assets and build on them. Change doesn't have to mean disruption. Often, it means amplifying what's already there.
